This video we will show you how to use the Email Docs to Transaction feature inside your Lone Wolf Transactions – zipForm Edition account. Each transaction is assigned a unique email address that can be used to send communications, documents or other items directly to the transaction. When a new email is received in the transaction, it will be automatically added to a folder called inbox. The body of the email will be saved as a time and date stamped PDF and any attachments will be saved separately. This feature can be used to keep a log of your communication, as well as give you an easier way to forward documents directly from your email.
